Once you have setup the order with Domestic and General, we will send you a 5 page service pack via email and Royal Mail First Class post. This service pack contains everything you need to get your device sent in for a repair.

– This sheet describes how our repair process works. Please read this first
as it explains everything that you need to do to have your device repaired.
Pages 2 and 3
– These are sheets which we need you to include in the package
with your device. They have sections which ask for information that we need for the repair. Please refer to the example pack above to see how they need to be filled in.
– This sheet contains a Collect+ freepost label
that will allow you to send your device to us for free. This will need to be attached to the outside of your package.
– This sheet is a map of your nearest Collect+ drop off
points. Please take your parcel to whichever location on the map is most convenient.
