2. Book your repair
Find your console by clicking HERE or the `Consoles` button on the navigation bar at the top of the page and then select the appropriate repair you need from the drop down menu.
If you're not sure which repair you need just select "Free Estimate" and we will diagnose the problem for you upon receipt.
3. Post your console to us for FREE
Securely package your console with your packing slip inside the box. Print out your DPD Pickup Returns label, stick it to outside of your box then take it to your nearest DPD Pickup shop. Alternatively, package your console and take it to a drop off point with your QR code. The drop off point will then scan your code and print a label for you. Please make sure to keep your DPD receipt.
Now that you have placed your order online, one of our admin team will be sending you a DPD Pickup Returns postage label via email.
Once you have received this please print it off and place it on the outside of the box that you are sending the console to us in.
You are now ready to take the parcel to any of over 6000 DPD Pickup stores around the country. To find your local shop, go to the DPD Pickup Shop Finder.
If for any reason you can’t print off the label please let us know ASAP so that we can send you a copy in the post
4. We'll notify you when we receive your console
As soon as we receive your console you will be notified by email and SMS to let you know it has arrived safely; this usually takes a couple of days so don't panic. Once we have your console it will be evaluated and repaired by our engineers before being thoroughly tested. You can also check on the status of your console from your account HERE
When we receive your console and update your account your console is then added to the queue of machines to be repaired (remember we repair consoles on a first come first serve basis so at busy times such as Christmas please be patient), you will receive an automated email and SMS message at every stage of the process.
